What happens when my clients call to make an appointment?

When your clients call to schedule, they are automatically screened through our system and informed of your availability; then, we text you the appointment details in real time.

We handle any questions they have about the service, including your pre-determined base price, payment methods you prefer, as well as provide pre-booking and rescheduling if they need it. You’ll pre-approve the information we give them, giving you full control over your service details and policies.


We do all the behind-the-scenes work for you; all you have to do is check your schedule and open the door for your appointments!

What if my client is lost or late?

If your client is lost, late, or otherwise delayed, we will work with him directly to deliver him to your door in the shortest amount of time possible. We provide directions and on-the-spot support so you don’t have to, as well as keep you updated on the client’s time of arrival down to the minute, so you can relax until he arrives.


How does your pricing work? Do I have to pay for the booking if my client doesn’t show up?

We charge one low, flat fee per appointment, and there is never charge for no-shows. We’ll do reminder calls, but if someone is a no call no show, we will also add him to your blacklist to avoid the issue in the future.
At the end of your workweek, we will send you an invoice with a list of appointments and a total, and you can pay directly on our website with any debit or credit card. It only takes a few clicks, and you’re done in less than a minute!

We are a daytime service, available 8 am to 6 pm Monday-Friday. If you would like to book appointments yourself for trusted regulars outside of those hours, that is always at your discretion.
We do take occasional time off, but you will have those dates months in advance.

I hate giving clients my number and carrying another phone around looks strange and just isn’t practical.

We answer every call, text, and question, so you don’t have to. It’s as simple as that. Now, you can carry your personal phone without the worry of texts and calls showing up unexpectedly, and you never have to compromise your privacy again by giving your number to clients.

Will you schedule my clients in advance as well as same day if I provide my availability?

Of course! We are available to book daytime appointments, booked same day or in advance, 8 am to 6 pm Central Standard Time, Monday-Friday.
If you would like to book appointments yourself for trusted regulars outside of those hours, that’s at your discretion.
We are also happy to book clients up to a week in advance.
